Returns & Replacement

Simple policy, no fine print games:

• 7-day replacement for items that arrive damaged or faulty. Send a photo on WhatsApp and we arrange a replacement.
• Items must be unused and in original packing for change-of-mind requests, subject to a restocking check on the confirmation call.
• To start a claim, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and photos.
